Bandits demand N300 million to free the kidnapped Kaduna judge and kill his son.

Suspected bandits, who kidnapped a female judge and her four children in Kaduna State, have demanded for N300m, after killing her eldest son.

The adjudicator and her children were supposedly snatched at their home in the Mahuta area of Kaduna on 23 June.

Up to 15 kidnappers stormed the judge’s home at night while her husband, a medical doctor named Dr. Musa Gimba Dutse, was out of the office.

Nonetheless, a basic liberties legal counselor, and CEO of the Place of Equity, Gloria Ballason, on Wednesday, affirmed in a proclamation that the ruffians have taken steps to kill her excess children in the event that the payment was not paid in time.

Ballason said the abductors killed the 14-year-old child of the adjudicator in bondage when the family couldn’t pay the requested payment.

As indicated by her, the kid, recognized as Victor Gimba, the primary child of the adjudicator, was shot dead on July 2.

“While the security agencies had been informed and negotiations with the kidnappers were ongoing, we received the shocking news today that the first son was killed to force payment of the said sum.

“In response, we are calling for an emergency SEC meeting today and a press conference to further call on the authorities to expedite action on securing their immediate release and also the release of our other doctor kidnapped 6 months ago.

“We call for quiet from individuals and solicitation all to remain protected while we draw in the vital security organs to end this unnecessary wanton malevolence,” he said.

As of the hour of documenting this report, there was no authority proclamation from the state government or the state police order.
